“My goal for you is permanent pain relief and happy, healthy living.”

— Ruth Fuller-Ochoa, CMT

I believe our bodies have the ability to heal from within and that we have everything we need within ourselves. I am passionate about helping my clients understand their bodies and take control of their health. I believe that we must be active participants in our healing and truly be accountable for our own well being.

My goal is to empower you to take control of your health through an integrative, holistic approach to pain relief. I enjoy working with complex cases and people from all age groups and walks of life.

I am passionate about movement and nutrition as part of the full paradigm of health, and enjoy helping my clients achieve balance and serenity in their life. My greatest joy is helping others do the things they enjoy most, without pain!

I have lived in the Temecula Valley for over 30 years and I love serving my community.

Training

My love for helping others heal started at an early age. Thanks to my parents, I was exposed to many holistic modalities and have been receiving bodywork since I was a teenager. At age 19 I enrolled in Healing Hands School of Holistic Health Massage Therapy Program, and after receiving my Certified Massage Therapist license, I immediately focused on learning the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach.

From my first day at the training, I knew I wanted to offer this powerful work to my clients. I have experienced profound, lasting healing both as a client, and as a practitioner of  myofascial release (MFR). I was able to study directly with John F. Barnes, the creator of myofascial release, and have immersed myself in mastery of this powerful therapy since 2008.

I continue to explore alternative healing options as I believe we can never stop learning. In order to provide the best care possible, I continue to expand my knowledge of touch therapies so I can offer my clients many options to suit their body’s needs.
